Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of playing or coaching experience at college, club, or high school level in volleyball.
• Knowledge and commitment to NCAA rules and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport athletes.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to meet team needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead preseason and season practices and monitor conditioning.
• Evaluate athlete performance and opponents; support peak game performance.
• Assist in recruiting prospective student athletes.
• Plan events including fund-raising and other functions.
• Drive university vans to practices, games, playoffs, and meetings.
• Support Head Coach and Athletics leadership; adapt responsibilities as needed.
• Attend athletic department meetings and conference activities.
