The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has 1+ year of collegiate coaching experience, understands NCAA guidelines, and holds a valid driver’s license to transport athletes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of collegiate baseball coaching experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Lead preseason and season practices; monitor conditioning programs.
• Evaluate athlete performance and opponents; scout and ensure peak performance during games.
• Assist in recruiting prospective student-athletes.
• Plan events such as fundraisers and other activities.
• Drive university vans to practices, games, and meetings.
• Attend athletic events and department meetings as required.
