Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) is seeking a Merchandise Leader in Eugene, OR to be the right hand of the Merchandising Team Leader. You will ensure floorset standards, drive replenishment, and keep the store guest-ready while coaching the Floorset team.

You will focus on merchandising accuracy, product presentation, and upholding Brand Standards. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Experience leading Floorset execution and training teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to drive replenishment.
• Strong team leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through day-to-day merchandising and replenishment.
• Identify merchandising opportunities and coordinate with leadership.
• Foster a team-focused culture focused on guest experience and recognition.
• Ensure store safety on sales floor and in stockroom; assist shrink-reduction efforts.
• Support flexible availability to move product early, late, and on weekends.
