Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Full-Time Merchandising Coordinator to drive the brand merchandising strategy on the retail floor. You will maximize presentation, profile, and prominence of Randa & Haggar brands while building partnerships with sales teams, store managers, and district personnel.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail merchandising, a High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail merchandising or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Partner with store personnel to place new/replenishment merchandise and POS in a timely manner to maximize product sell-thru and brand presentations.
• Execute store visits based on business needs and respond to the evolving retail environment.
• Collaborate with store, district, and regional management to ensure brand awareness and support.
• Provide weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and product/stock issues.
