Responsibilities

• Enforce behavior rules and maintain order among students.
• Lead and promote visual arts activities (visual art, fashion, painting, drawing, photography & digital media).
• Direct performance groups and rehearsals.
• Set clear objectives for lessons and communicate them to students.
• Prepare materials and classrooms for class activities.
• Explain safety procedures and demonstrate use of materials and equipment.
• Evaluate activities to determine if they meet desired results.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet students' needs and interests.
• Progressive development of student skills leading to a final project.
