Job summary

arc After School and Experiential Education is seeking an Enrichment Instructor to teach engaging, skill‑based classes for students in grades K–12. You will lead your own classroom (1 instructor to 20 students) and bring learning to life through hands‑on, creative lessons with curriculum support and training provided.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–5:30 PM (3–4 days/week) at Orange County/Laguna Niguel locations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Ability to travel between local schools and deliver engaging lessons.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead enrichment activities for K–8 students.
• Manage a class of up to 20 students in a supportive environment.
• Travel between nearby schools to teach scheduled classes.
• Attend occasional team meetings and trainings.
