Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand, guiding customers through a human, bold eyewear journey.

The role requires optical knowledge, license compliance, and a track record of meeting sales goals in a customer-centric environment. Ideal candidates bring at least 12 months optical experience or ABO certification, and possess a high school diploma or GED with a valid optician license where applicable.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines as needed.

Responsabilités

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including opening and closing as needed.
