Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in media/communications/marketing.
• Hands-on experience producing photography and video projects.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and production support for shoots, pre-production planning and on-site help.
• Coordinate schedules, calendars, equipment inventory, and documentation.
• Assist in booking locations, releases, call sheets, and logistics.
• Act as liaison between creative teams, partners, vendors and stakeholders.
• Organize production equipment and digital assets for efficient workflows.
• Support scheduling, emails, and invoice processing.
• Collaborate across departments to smooth production workflows.
• Maintain clear communication to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvements for the Video/Photography team.
