Job summary

Factory is seeking a reliable, organized part-time Video Editor & Production Assistant to support day-to-day content production across the office and events. This role helps turn raw footage into polished assets while supporting shoots, equipment prep, and media organization.

Based in Los Angeles, you will collaborate with the production and creative teams to deliver content on deadline, handle basic color and audio corrections, and keep shoots running smoothly with organized file management.

Qualifications

• Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with media organization and backup processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office and event environment.
• Available for a flexible part-time schedule, including occasional event days.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage from Factory events, office days, and productions, including sequencing, basic color correction, and audio correction.
• Prepare organized edits and exports for review, ensuring footage is properly assembled and easy for the team to use.
• Serve as a second camera operator ("B Cam") when needed, supporting the lead videographer during events, interviews, and office shoots.
• Organize, transfer, label, and archive footage using clear file-management practices.
• Set up and break down production equipment, including camera and tripod rigs.
• Help maintain an orderly production workspace and ensure gear is packed, accounted for, and ready for upcoming shoots.
• Collaborate with the production and creative teams to deliver content efficiently and on deadline.
