Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred, or high school diploma with 3 years office management experience.
• Experience in community resources or social services is a plus.
• Must clear State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance, and Criminal History Review.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for victims seeking services.
• Act as liaison between the Justice Center and community service providers.
• Identify immediate needs and make critical referrals for victims.
• Provide logistical support and follow-up to victims as they manage their service needs and plans.
• Establish and maintain relationships with community resources to link outside services to victims as needed.
