Job description

Pay:

$22.00-$26.00 per hour! (depending on related experience)

Nature of Work:

The Program Coordinator will be one of the primary contacts and resources for victims seeking services and act as a key liaison between the Justice Center and other community service providers. This is a joint opportunity between Pathways Inc. and the Justice Center of the Southern Tier, located in Montour Falls, NY. Working in conjunction with the Schuyler County Victim Services Coordinator and District Attorney’s office, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for the operation of the office, will help crime victims identify immediate needs, and make critical referrals to other providers. The Program Coordinator in conjunction with the Clinical Therapist, will provide logistical support and follow-up to victims as they manage their service needs and plans. The Program Coordinator will establish and maintain relationships with community resources to assist in linking outside services to victims as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • An associate’s degree in a related field is desired. High school diploma with three years of experience in office management/administration required.
  • Experience working in a community resource or social service setting desired.
  • Must clear the State Central Registry Clearance, Staff Exclusion List Clearance, and Criminal History Review for criminal convictions.
