Qualifications

• Must hold Oregon License as a Veterinarian or CVT by the time of hire.
• Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology and VTNE must be completed, credentialed Veterinary Technician.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Veterinarian or Certified Veterinary Technician with animal handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction for courses involving lecture and/or lab.
• Prepare laboratory environments and materials for instruction.
• Stay current in Veterinary Medicine and VTNE; maintain licensure where applicable.
• Maintain student grades and progress in Canvas; input data as needed.
• Provide at least one scheduled office hour per class per week.
