Lenoir City Animal Clinic in Lenoir City, TN is seeking a friendly, organized Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This role works 2-3 weekdays and rotating Saturdays, supporting the daily flow of the hospital and creating a welcoming experience for clients and their pets.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining records, and assisting veterinarians and technicians in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
• Experience in medical/healthcare front desk roles considered.
• Must be available to work 2-3 weekdays per week and rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client questions
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment flow
• Check clients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, estimates, and follow-up care
• Maintain patient records and update client information in the practice management system
• Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative and clerical tasks
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Provide excellent customer service while multitasking in a busy clinical environment
