• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable handling phones, scheduling software, and payment processing.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn veterinary software.
• Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Must be available to work 2–3 weekdays each week and rotating Saturdays.

Lenoir City Animal Clinic is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both people and pets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent client service.

This part-time position will work 2–3 weekdays per week plus a rotating Saturday schedule (approximately 2 Saturdays per month) and plays an important role in creating a welcoming experience for clients while supporting the daily flow of the hospital.
