Qualifications

• Experience in a veterinary reception or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle payments and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and compassionately.
• Schedule appointments and help manage the clinic's calendar.
• Respond to client questions and provide information about hospital services.
• Communicate effectively between clients, veterinarians, and other team members.
• Process payments and billing transactions accurately.
• Maintain and update client and patient records.
• Assist with administrative responsibilities, including filing and data entry.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Help maintain an efficient daily workflow.
• Support teammates and jump in wherever needed to create a positive client experience.
