Job summary

McCurdy Animal Hospital in Huntsville, AL is seeking a part-time receptionist to welcome clients, check in patients, answer calls and emails, and help coordinate daily scheduling in a busy veterinary practice.

You will work with a compassionate team, assist with payments, maintain a clean reception area, and support the front desk with compassionate communication and efficient triage. Prior veterinary reception experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist in a veterinary setting preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients at the reception, triage concerns, and direct to the appropriate party.
• Schedule appointments to maximize daily flow and process payments.
