Job summary

Brookhaven Animal Hospital in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist / CSR to join our front desk team. This role offers a part-time schedule in a busy, team-focused veterinary hospital, with pay ranging from $15 to $17 per hour based on experience.

You will welcome clients and pets, answer phones, manage scheduling, process invoices and payments, and maintain accurate medical records, all while supporting the veterinary team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of veterinary receptionist, CSR, client service, or front desk experience.
• Experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, veterinary clinic, or similar medical setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy veterinary environment.
• Comfortable working with clients, pets, and a veterinary medical team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and pets with a friendly, professional approach.
• Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments.
• Handle patient check-in/out, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain accurate client and patient information and veterinary records.
• Coordinate patient flow with veterinarians and the veterinary team.
• Answer client questions and provide information about services and preventative care.
• Provide professional, compassionate customer service.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk.
• Support daily hospital and reception operations.
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts.
