Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, building exteriors, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery entry procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain awareness of industrial operations and complete required shift documentation.
