Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, suspicious activity, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report security concerns per site procedures.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and documentation promptly.
