Job summary

Cox Automotive Minnesota is seeking a Driver I - Non-DOT for the Auction environment, responsible for moving and parking vehicles on Cox properties and transporting to/from lots and customer businesses. The role operates during day shifts and requires adherence to safety rules and courtesy in operations.

The position offers $16.63 per hour with a $500 signing bonus and potential for additional incentive programs. A valid license and physical stamina are required for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous auction experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
• Park and move vehicles to designated areas as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with getting vehicles operating as needed.
• Notify supervisor when a vehicle is inoperative or out of gas.
• Adhere to safety rules and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
