Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of consumers during transportation to and from the facility.
• Complete daily route sign-in sheets with driver’s name, date and beginning mileage.
• Gas up vehicles prior to or after delivery of consumers and keep vans clean at all times.
• Follow transportation policies and procedures specific to Adult Clinical Services.
• Drive within speed limits and avoid distractions (no radio or cell phone use while driving).
