You will provide structured vocational training and ensure safe transportation, helping participants build skills for daily living and job readiness. Responsibilities include supervising participants, guiding production workflows, maintaining records, and transporting clients in a safe, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• High school diploma required; experience in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise participants in a work setting and implement safety measures.
• Guide consumers in meeting production deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Provide individualized and group instruction for vocational training.
• Assist with time studies to establish fair piece rates.
• Record and monitor consumer work progress and maintain documentation.
• Evaluate and adjust consumer programs as needed.
• Supervise and engage with consumers during breaks and lunch periods.
• Maintain and submit accurate billing and transportation logs.
• Transport consumers safely in a van or bus while ensuring compliance with all driving policies.
