Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record and safe driving practices required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience transporting patients needed.
• Ability to interact professionally and compassionately.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicle.
• Maintain the vehicle in accordance with safety standards.
• Follow traffic laws and facility transportation policies.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report concerns.
• Maintain timely transportation schedules.
• Provide courteous interactions with residents and staff.
• Ensure resident safety during all phases of transport.
