Wayne County Transportation Department is seeking dependable part-time Van Driver in Honesdale, PA to provide door-to-door transportation for county residents, including seniors and wheelchair users. You will work independently, deliver friendly service, and help passengers reach appointments and daily activities.

Qualified applicants have strong communication, reliability, and the ability to use electronic tablets and other technology. A PA driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Competenze

• One year of employment which required operation of a motor vehicle as a regular duty.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• PA residency requirement and ability to perform essential job functions.
• No suspension of driver’s license within the last three years.

• Drive county vehicles ~150 miles daily, ensuring passenger comfort.
• Assist seniors and wheelchair users with boarding and exiting in various conditions.
• Communicate clearly with passengers and staff via person-to-person interaction and two-way radio.
