OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC in Little Elm TX is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician for evening shifts. You will work independently at an apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep the property clean.

The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs, walking long distances, climbing stairs, and enduring various weather conditions. You’ll need a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a smartphone with data and a camera.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you as the driver on the policy.
• Ability to lift and walk with up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
