Job summary

SP+ Hospitality in Miami Beach is seeking a Part-Time Valet - Special Events to deliver exceptional guest experiences, parking vehicles safely, and communicate clearly with clients.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, prior valet or driving experience, ability to handle cash and basic math, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special shifts. Training provided; tips offered; inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record.
• Previous experience as Valet Attendant or driving related experience is a MUST.
• Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus.
• Availability to work special shifts (nights and weekends).
• Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S.
• Ability to handle customer questions professionally and calculate basic cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively.
• Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings.
• Explain valet rates to customers.
• Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management.
• Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways for a seamless experience.
• Come to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to work.
• Remain in uniform for the entire shift.
• Assist management with additional duties as assigned.
