Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Valet in Milwaukee. You will greet guests, assist with check-ins/outs, and park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely. The role requires a neat appearance and professional conduct to set the tone for guests' stay.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, keeping the front drive guest-ready, and supporting the department during busy periods. Prior valet or hospitality experience is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Two years of driving experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the front drive and assist with check-ins/outs as needed.
• Park cars and ensure the front drive remains guest-ready at all times.
• Assist guests with luggage and escort to rooms or vehicles as required.
• Represent the hotel with professionalism and courtesy, especially during busy periods.
• Attend all standard Guest Services meetings and trainings.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
