Job summary

AAA Parking is seeking a part-time valet at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort in Marco Island, FL. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, and explain the valet procedure while delivering exceptional service.

You must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to stand the full shift. The role involves handling vehicles, maintaining keys, and coordinating with hotel staff in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations with poise.
• Ability to stand 100% of the shift and meet physical requirements (lift/push/pull up to 20 pounds, carry up to 10 pounds).
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Successfully pass a background and driving record check.
• Previous experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; explain prices and retrieval procedure.
• Open doors for guests and assist with luggage.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Assist guests with special needs or disabilities.
• Fill out valet tickets and conduct vehicle damage checks.
• Retrieve and park vehicles quickly and securely; maintain keys organized and secure.
• Maintain a clean, professional valet area; adhere to uniform standards.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Follow safety protocols and report incidents to supervisor.
• Support team during busy periods or events; uphold AAA Parking service standards.
