Accura Engineering seeks a Part-Time Utility Coordinator to support transportation projects in the Atlanta, GA area. The role acts as a liaison among designers, utility agencies, and stakeholders, managing GDOT-related coordination from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of transportation experience in construction inspection, design, and/or utility coordination.
• Strong client relations, decision-making, and leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between designers, utility agencies, and project owners.
• Conduct and document utility coordination meetings, including minutes and follow-up actions.
• Maintain records of all utility coordination activities and communicate status updates to teams.
• Manage pre-construction utility coordination for GDOT projects across Concept to Final Design phases.
• Develop and process utility agreements and lighting agreements.
• Provide mentorship and training to staff and ensure compliance with policies.
