Job summary

Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an Observer - Drug Testing to support ATS and our government customer at Hickam, HI. This is a part-time position approximately 8-16 hours per month.

The observer will perform urinalysis specimen observation for the Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) under the Wing DDRP Manager and DTPAM. Responsibilities include directly observing urine samples, understanding legal requirements, documenting observations, and ensuring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent demonstrates basic qualifications.
• Military experience preferred as relevant background.
• No record of dishonesty, fraud, or drug-related offenses as disqualifier.
• May require SCHR check.
• On-call availability for emergencies.
• Civilian contractor on military installation during drill events.

Responsibilities

• Directly observe urine specimen collection.
• Understand legal requirements and potential court testimony.
• Follow directives of WDDRPM and DTPAM.
• Document observations on forms.
• Provide feedback on the DDRP program to DTPAM.
• Confirm briefing training with WDDRPM/DTPAM before collections.
• Notify WDDRPM/DTPAM of scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure specimens are collected and bottles sealed per Observer briefing.
