Job summary

Koniag Technology and Infrastructure Solutions, LLC (KTIS) seeks an Observer - Drug Testing to support KTIS and our government customer in Memphis, Tennessee. This part-time role requires 8–16 hours per month observing urine collections for the Drug Demand Reduction Program.

Under guidance of program managers, you will observe, document, and ensure proper collection procedures. A High School Diploma is required; prior military experience is preferred. Background/Schr checks may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior military experience preferred.
• Subject to random drug testing.
• Must be available to work as a civilian contractor on a military installation during drill events.
• State Criminal History Repository check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly observe selected members provide a urine specimen for drug testing.
• Understand legal requirements of the position and potential court testimony.
• Follow directions of program managers and observe procedures.
• Document observations on appropriate forms.
• Provide feedback on program effectiveness to the DTPAM.
• Coordinate observer briefing and confirm completion prior to collections.
