Job summary

Gunnison Valley Health in Gunnison, CO is seeking an Urgent Care RN (RN I or II) for a part-time, on-site role in the clinic. You’ll monitor vital signs, assist with procedures, and provide compassionate care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited school. BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• RN I is entry level designed for new graduates or nurses with minimal experience.
• RN II is a proficient nurse with established foundational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of inpatients, monitor their health and identify potential risks or complications.
• Document all required information in a timely, thorough and accurate manner.
• Coordinate, order and meet multiple patient needs and requests by managing workflow and utilizing team resources.
• Deliver quality care in an organized manner within the scope of practice.
