Job summary

Gunnison Valley Health in Gunnison, CO is seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN to provide compassionate and high‑quality care. You will monitor vitals, assist with procedures, document thoroughly and support patients and families.

Three 12‑hour shifts per week; Full Time. Compensation ranges from $33.00 to $51.00 per hour DOE, with opportunities to advance via Clinical Ladder, plus tuition reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Nursing (RN) from an accredited school. BLS, ACLS and PALS.
• RN I - Entry level designed for new graduates or nurses with minimal experience.
• RN II - A proficient nurse with established foundational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of inpatients, monitor their health and identify potential risks or complications.
• Document all required information in a timely, thorough and accurate manner.
• Coordinate, order and meet multiple patient needs and requests by managing workflow and utilizing team resources.
• Deliver quality care in an organized manner within the scope of practice.
