Qualifications

• Must pass clinical competency and MA orientation; may enroll in trainee program if standards not met.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients; obtain vital signs and reconcile medications.
• Navigate EPIC EMR to document visits, order tests, and coordinate tests/procedures.
• Communicate with pharmacies, insurers, patients and physicians to support care.
• Assist providers and ensure smooth patient flow in outpatient setting.
