Watercrest Fredericksburg is seeking a Part Time Server to join our Culinary team. You will warmly greet residents and guests, assist with seating, and support a restaurant-style dining atmosphere in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities include table setup, serving meals, and maintaining clean, welcoming dining spaces while following recipes and menu guidance. Experience in upscale dining is preferred and reliability is essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with seating in the dining room.
• Greet residents when taking and serving meal selections.
• Ensure proper dining room setup and table settings.
• Clear tables and reset during service.
• Perform side work: napkin folding, stocking, cleaning wait station, refilling condiments.
• Explain menu items and preparation methods to residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in dining areas and kitchen.
