Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of customer service or cash handling experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Smartphone with security features supported by IT guidelines required.

Responsibilities

• Processes teller line transactions (deposits, loan payments, cash handling) at proficient level.
• Counts and balances cash drawer daily; resolves discrepancies.
• Follows BSA/AML/OFAC policies and reports suspicious activity.
• Maintains confidentiality of bank information.
• Engages customers to understand needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Assists customers with routine questions and account maintenance requests.
• Develops proficiency in vault transactions, end-of-day processing, and teller operations.
• Knowledge of bank security system and alarm testing; responsible for required reports.
