Job summary

One Community Bank in Oregon, WI is seeking a part-time Universal Banker (29 hours/week) to greet clients, assist with account inquiries, and process transactions accurately in a welcoming, team-focused environment.

You will learn about our products and services to provide excellent client service, with a typical schedule 8 am–6 pm Monday through Friday and some Saturdays 8 am–noon. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to address client inquiries with empathy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with a friendly smile and assist with account inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Recommend banking products to meet client needs.
• Learn about products and services to provide excellent client service.
• Typical schedule from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays 8 am–noon.
