Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are essential, as the associate will interact with a diverse range of people daily. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to foster a secure atmosphere that promotes peace of mind for all stakeholders.

• Provide assistance to employees and visitors, answering questions and directing them as needed.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner using the reporting protocols and software.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
