Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and service disruptions calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transit facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Maintain a professional presence and respectful interactions with the public and staff.
