Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check compliant with federal, state and local laws.
• Background checks may consider criminal histories per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access to assigned areas and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations, escalating as needed.
• Complete detailed activity reports and maintain communication with leadership and site contacts.
