Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to customers, associates, and visitors by following security procedures.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, concerns, and emergencies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail location, monitoring entrances, exits, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity or policy violations and report observations to management.
• Assist with access control and crowd/traffic flow as directed by site procedures.
