Job summary

Allied Universal in San Diego, CA is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) to patrol client sites, deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work a night and early-morning schedule across multiple shifts.

You will perform routine patrols, respond to incidents with calm professionalism, and uphold client site policies while representing Allied Universal's values of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen will be conducted as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
