Qualifications

Valid driver’s license required.
State, county, or city-issued security license preferred.
Guard card or license preferred.
Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check required under federal/state/local laws.

Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
Driver license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site policies and emergency response where needed.
Monitor access points, verify visitor credentials, maintain logs, and direct guests per site requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior, exterior, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions.
Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications per procedures.
