Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while following site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the distribution location, including perimeter, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and access points.
• Monitor access to the location and verify visitor/driver entry requirements.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Document patrol activity and observations per site policies.
