Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and personnel by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, parking, trailer yard, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel and visitors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting observations.
• Complete daily activity reports and maintain patrol records.
