Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and government facility personnel while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner and follow emergency procedures.
• Prepare clear activity, incident, and shift reports for site leadership.
