Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check per federal, state, local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local regulations.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and vendors following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds and entrances and report issues.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, contacting appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor and vendor entry procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per reporting requirements.
