Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Allied Universal will conduct a background and drug screen as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors and guests while following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access, observe activity and report suspicious conditions or maintenance needs to site personnel.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and shift communications as required.
