Allied Universal in Ladson, SC is seeking a part-time Security Officer Unarmed – Facility Plant to protect personnel and assets at a manufacturing and industrial site. The role emphasizes customer service, vigilance, and teamwork, with a visible presence to deter incidents.

The schedule includes Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and a valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeters.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
