Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Experienced Unarmed Inspection Patrol) in Peoria, IL. You will monitor and deter security incidents, provide customer service, and maintain a visible presence at a manufacturing and industrial site.

This role offers flexible day shift options and opportunities to claim additional shifts through our Claim a Shift platform. You will support site safety, respond to alarms, and work with a dedicated team committed to people-first service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, reporting and escalation process.
